Microsoft announced the kickoff of the Beta program for the upcoming Microsoft Flight in January and they are currently accepting applications to participate in the program.
To apply you will have to sign up and register on the Microsoft Connect site.
I have to say this is a very good news, because it means the actual release is not that far away!
